Refunds
A listing fee is refundable in full within 24 hours of purchase. Write to hello@hudsonvalleyhitched.com from the email you paid with, and the refund goes back to the card you used. Listing fees are not refundable after 24 hours.
What a listing is
A Featured or Spotlight Listing is one payment for a vendor page on Hudson Valley Hitched, live through December 31, 2027. You fill in the questionnaire and send your photos; we review every page and every later change before it publishes, and your listing will post within 24 hours of being approved. A page can be returned to you for correction before it goes live.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the photos and words you send, and you allow Hudson Valley Hitched to show them on your page and on its Instagram, credited to you. We may decline or remove anything that is not yours to give, is not about your business, or is not suitable for couples planning a wedding.
Removal
Ask at any time and your page comes down. Taking a page down does not change the refund rule above. Hudson Valley Hitched is operated in New York, United States.
