What we keep, and why
Couples
Browsing needs no account. Your saved list lives in your own browser and never reaches our servers. If you message a featured vendor, we pass your name, email, date, and message to that vendor and keep a copy so we can follow up if they do not reply. We do not sell or share it with anyone else.
Vendors
Listings are built from public sources: your website, Google Business Profile, and public social accounts. When you claim a page we keep your contact email to send inquiries and a monthly summary of your page's views. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Measurement
We count page views and outbound clicks per vendor page so vendors can see whether the site is working for them. Those counts are totals, not profiles of visitors. Vercel Analytics gives us the same kind of aggregate numbers for the site as a whole.
Removal
Any vendor can ask to be removed, and any person can ask to have an inquiry deleted, by writing to hello@hudsonvalleyhitched.com. Hudson Valley Hitched is operated in New York, United States.
